The public beach of Grand Baie is located in the center of Grand Baie. You can not miss it. Maritime traffic is very active within the bay with boats and catamarans, the public beach is only a small area where you can swim.
The beach at the very fine sand is very nice and offers a great view of the Bay. Because of all the boat traffic in the bay, the water is probably not as clear as other beaches.
